I am modifying the enclosure letter and would like to widen the description column in the tax instalments section. Everything moves over nicely except the underlines, and I have no idea how to ask them to move.

The reason the underline does not “move along with” the wider column is the underline is created by the style applied to the paragraph immediately below the last row of that table.
If you are comfortable editing this style file, then that is where you would make the change to the Left Justification. If not, please contact the support team using the contact details provided on the Support Centre at jazzitsupport.com, so they can assist you with this.
