Firm Letterhead in Header 5

I have been asked if there is a way to edit to our Firm Letterhead in the  FS Engagement Report.

I thought of opening Klib, Firm Letterhead going down to Header 5 allow edit mode but it did not work. How can this be done?

Hi Robin.

You are correct, header 5 is the header for the Engagement Report, in the Financial Statement letterhead module in the Resource Centre (the KLIB file).

All Resource Centre modules are locked by default, so for access you will have to unlock the module using the Jazzit Administrator Password provided with your original order.

To enable Design Mode and make changes, you will have to unlock Design Mode as well, using the original password provided.

Thanks David, didn’t even think of design mode. I was in edit.

Our firm letterhead in the FS is header 5 (is this considered to be electronic). If I want to add this letterhead to the Letters (header 1) would I have to place an order?

Hi Robin.

The letterhead for the Jazzit letters is contained in the HG module in the Resource Centre (the KLIB file).

If the HG module in your KLIB file does not contain the letterhead you require, please contact orders@jazzit.com and request this be added to your templates.
